Ex-celebrity lawyer Tom Girardi sentenced for stealing millions
A federal judge sentenced disbarred celebrity lawyer Tom Girardi to seven years and three months in prison on Tuesday for embezzling tens of millions of dollars from his clients. Girardi gained fame after winning a massive settlement from a California utility in a case that inspired the movie "Erin Brockovich." The 86-year-old later became famous outside the legal world as the ex-husband of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne. ABC News' Matt Gutman reports.

Schwarzenegger to environmentalists dismayed by Trump: ‘Stop whining’
Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has a message for environmentalists who despair at the approach of Pres. Trump's administration: “Stop whining." “You can't just sit around and make excuses because one guy in a very nice White House on Pennsylvania Avenue doesn't agree with you,” Schwarzenegger told the Austrian World Summit in Vienna — an event he helps organize — adding that attacking the president is “not my style” and he doesn't criticize any president when outside the U.S. “I know that the people are sick and tired of the whining and the complaining and the doom and gloom,” Schwarzenegger said. “The only way we win the people's hearts and minds is by showing them action that makes their lives better.”

Video shows Milwaukee judge's interaction with ICE agents before arrest
ABC News has obtained video footage from more than two dozen surveillance cameras at the Wisconsin courthouse showing a Milwaukee judge's interaction with ICE agents prior to her arrest for her alleged attempt to aid an undocumented man. Judge Hannah Dugan had just arrived for work at Milwaukee County Circuit Court on April 18, when she was informed that federal agents were waiting outside her courtroom. They were there to arrest an undocumented man, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, who was scheduled to appear before Dugan on a battery charge. According to federal prosecutors, Dugan stepped out into the hall to question the agents before directing them to the office of the county's chief judge down the hall. Dugan then allegedly sent Flores-Ruiz out a non-public door in an alleged attempt, authorities claim, to help him evade arrest on immigration violations. The judge was arrested by the FBI a week later.
