Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s attorney, Rita Glavin, held a news conference Thursday. Cuomo resigned in August 2021 after the state attorney general released an independent investigation that found he sexually harassed women. His arraignment on a misdemeanor charge for forcible touching will be held in January 2022, according to documents filed in Albany City Court.
