Ukraine accuses Russia of breaking cease-fire meant to evacuate civilians
Ukrainian officials are accusing Russia of breaking a cease-fire. Russia had announced it would pause shelling so civilians in and around Mariupol and Volnovakha could evacuate, but Kyiv says the assault has not stopped.
