Trump speaks after touring devastation from Texas flooding
President Donald Trump is on the ground in central Texas to witness the destruction firsthand from last week's catastrophic flash floods. In Kerr County, Trump was greeted by Gov. Greg Abbott, who on Friday announced the federal government updated Trump's disaster declaration to include more counties.
